Physical Condition:

In good overall physical condition with no major cracks or damaged mounting tabs. Includes the plastic mounting rail as shown, however there is some cracks in the rail as shown. The painted panel does have some heavier indentions and scrapes in the plastic as shown.  You may need to reuse some of your existing clips and hardware for installation.

Cosmetic Condition:

In fair cosmetic condition due to some heavier marring of the lower edge of the panel. There is also some larger chips and imperfections in the finish from the indentions, as highlighted. There is also some light marks, nicks, and scratches a shown in the photos. You may want to have this panel refinished prior to installation.
