Physical Condition:

In good physical condition with no major cracks or damaged mounting points. The plastic trim plate for the latch has a cracked corner that can be seen highlighted in the photos. This does not affect how the latch locks shut. You will need to reuse some of your existing hardware and components for installation.

Cosmetic Condition:

In good used cosmetic condition, free of any deep scratches or scuffs in the finish. Free of any major fading or discoloration in the plastic. There are some light surface scratches and marks from age and regular use, as shown, some of which may be difficult to see in photos.
