In fair physical condition due to a large impact near the middle of the panel which has caused warping and some cracking as shown. You will need to reuse your existing hardware and fog lights for installation

In fair cosmetic condition due to some previously mentioned damage as shown. There is also some deeper scrapes, scuffs, marks, and chips, as shown. We suggest having this panel repaired or refinished prior to installation.
