In good physical condition, wheel has not been hit or bent in any way. The leather has no rips or tears. Includes everything as shown in the photos. You will need to reuse your existing hardware and air bag for installation.

In good used cosmetic condition for its age. There is some marks, nicks, and scuffs in the leather mostly along the bottom edge as shown.
