Functionality:

In good usable condition, passenger air bag has not been previously deployed.

Physical Condition:

In good overall physical condition with no major cracks or damage. The plastic vent trim for the windshield defroster has some minor stress cracking as shown. The leatherette cover has some visible separation along the forward seam line as shown. This has exposed a small amount of the orange foam underneath as shown. Includes everything as shown in the photos. You will need to reuse some of your existing hardware and components for installation.
