Physical Condition:

In mostly good physical condition however one corner tab is cracked, and there is a portion of the panel with wear in the plastic as highlighted. The panel is free of any visible indentations or large dings in the plastic. You may need to reuse some of your existing hardware and trim for installation.

Cosmetic Condition:

In fair cosmetic condition with some spots of deeper scratches and wear in the finish. There is also a portion of the finish thats chipping and cracking as shown. This panel was refinished at some point, so the finish has spots of runs, chipping and orange peel texture, which is difficult to see in the photos.
