Physical Condition:

The panel is in good physical condition, however there are multiple retaining clip mounts being cracked as highlighted in the photos. There is also a crack at the retain clip on bottom of the panel where it meets the side skirts as highlighted. You will need to remove and re-apply the adhesive as well as reuse some of your existing hardware for installation. 

Cosmetic Condition:

In good overall cosmetic condition, however there are a few light scratches and swirls in the finish which may be difficult to see in the photos. There are a few nicks as well as some slight pitting/chipping from road debris as shown.
