Includes the upper rear seat cushion with headrest as shown. Does NOT include the lower seat cushion. In good physical condition, have not been hit or bent in any way. Free of any rips or tears in the cloth material, however the rear backing of the seats do have some tears. Includes everything as shown in the photos. You may need to reuse some of your existing hardware for installation.

Cosmetic Condition:

In good cosmetic condition with no major fading or stains in the cloth material.
