Functionality:

In good working condition, fully tested prior to removal from a running and driving vehicle. Transmission was able to be shifted through all gears smoothly.

Physical Condition:

In good physical condition, has not been hit or bent in any way. All bushings appear to be in good usable condition with no heavy wear or damage. You will need to reuse some of your existing hardware for installation.
