Physical Condition:

In fair physical condition due to some damaged side mounting rails, as well as some damaged tabs as shown. The lower matte plastic has some indentions as shown in the photos. You will need to repair these tabs and rails for proper fitment. You will need to reuse your existing hardware for installation.

Cosmetic Condition:

The paint is in fair condition, due to some deeper scratches and scuffs in the finish as highlighted. The panel appears to have been previously painted and has some signs of orange peel and texturing in the clear coat finish. You may want to have this panel repainted prior to installation.
