Physical Condition:

In good physical condition with no major rips or tears. The stitching is fully intact with no fraying or tears. You will need to reuse some of your existing hardware for installation.

Cosmetic Condition:

In good cosmetic condition, however there is some slight marks and stains on black textured finish of the cup holder area as shown. The cushions themselves do have some slight cosmetic wear from normal use which may be difficult to see in the photos.
