Functionality:

Fully tested prior to removal. This made no odd noises or gear grinding sounds while testing. The fluid drained clear with no metal shavings or abnormalities. This assembly will ship drained of all fluids.

Physical Condition:

In good used physical condition with no cracks or damage in the housing. There is typical surface corrosion from age and regular use, as shown. Includes the factory aluminum housing with no cracks or bends. Rubber bushings appear to be in good usable condition with no major warping or cracking. Includes the axle stub shafts, as shown, which are specific to the VLSD units. You may need to reuse some of your existing hardware for installation.

Fitment Notes:

Removed from a 1990 Miata equipped with the 5 speed manual transmission and 4.30 final drive ratio. This differential has the axle stub shafts included, which will bolt up to any 1990-1993 CV axle half shafts.
