The leather has some cracking in the outer layer due to age. Stitching is fully intact with no fraying or tears. The leather is free of any major staining or discoloration. There is some light sun fading and wear due to age. The metal undertray is free of any major rusting or corrosion, which is a common issue on these. You will need to reuse your existing seat rail and hardware for installation.
