Physical Condition:

In mostly good physical condition with no major rips or tears. Seat foam is free of any major warping or sagging. The leather has begun to harden and crack heavily from age and use as shown. You will need to reuse your existing hardware for installation.

Cosmetic Condition:

In typical used cosmetic condition for this color with some heavier fading or discoloration. There is also some creasing, and cracking. The undersides are free of any major surface rusting or corrosion, which is a common issue on these.
