Physical Condition:

In good physical condition with no major rips or tears. Seat foam is free of any major warping or sagging. The lower edged of the cover have some cuts in the covering, as shown.

Cosmetic Condition:

In good used cosmetic condition with no some typical fading and discoloration. There is some typical cracking and wrinkling in the bolsters as shown. The lower covers have some general darkening / discoloration, which may come out with a deeper cleaning. The undersides are free of any major surface rusting or corrosion, which is a common issue on these.
