Functionality:

Fully tested prior to removal. This made no odd noises or gear grinding sounds while testing. The fluid drained clear with no metal shavings or abnormalities. This assembly will ship drained of all fluids.

Physical Condition:

In good physical condition with no cracks or damage in the housing. Free of any major corrosion or surface rusting. It is recommended to use new axle output shaft seals for installation.

Fitment Notes:

Removed from a 1999 Miata equipped with the 6 speed transmission and 3.90 final drive ratio. Will fit any 1994-2005 1.8l Mazda Miata. Will NOT fit the 2004-2005 Mazdaspeed models. Can be used as an upgrade for the 1.6l Miata models using the appropriate driveshaft, hardware, and axles which would need to be sourced separately.
