Physical Condition:

In fair overall physical condition, due to one damaged mounting tab as shown. We have included the damaged tab so it can be repaired for installation. This has opened the housing to the elements, so it will need to be repaired prior to installation.

Cosmetic Condition:

In fair cosmetic condition due to some deeper marks and scratches as shown. The top section also has some clouding as shown.

Fitment Notes:

This has the more common H4/9006 low beam bulb, which will be the same as most 2001-2005 Miata. If you have a late model NB, Mazda may have installed H7 bulbs in your headlights. To install this headlight, you would need an H4/9006 to H7 adaptor cable, which can be easily sourced online.
