Physical Condition:

In good physical condition with no cracks or damage to the housing or mounting tabs. The lens is fully intact with no cracks.

Cosmetic Condition:

In good used cosmetic condition with no major fading, yellowing, or scratching of the lens. The lens does appear to have been fairly buffed out leaving some burn spots in the plastic lens, which is difficult to photo. You may want to have this lens refinished prior to installation.

Fitment Notes:

This has the more common H4/9006 low beam bulb, which will be the same as most 2001-2005 Miata. If you have a late model NB, Mazda may have installed H7 bulbs in your headlights. To install this headlight, you would need an H4/9006 to H7 adaptor cable, which can be easily sourced online.
