In good physical condition, with no major cracks or damage to the housing or mounting tabs. One alignment pin is damaged slightly as shown int he photos. Lens are fully intact with no cracks

Cosmetic Condition:

In good cosmetic condition with no major fading, yellowing, or scratching of the lens. There is some marks and swirls in the plastic, which may be difficult to see in the photos.
