Functionality:

In good working condition, fully tested prior to removal from a running and driving vehicle. Turbocharger had no major oil leaks or smoking during operation. Compressor shaft has no major side to side play inside the housing.

Physical Condition:

In good physical condition with no major cracks or damage in the assembly. Some of the external components and heat shields have visible surface rusting and corrosion as shown. The mounting bracket is partially broken, as highlighted. The heat shield has some cracking and damage as well. The studs are bent and heavily rusted, you may want to have these replaced.
