Functionality:

In good working condition, fully tested prior to removal from the vehicle. Both belts extend and retract with no malfunctions. Vehicle had no deployed air bags or locked seat belts.

Physical Condition:

In good physical condition with no rips or tears in the belts. Includes everything as shown in the photos. You may need to reuse some of your existing hardware for installation.

Cosmetic Condition:

In good used cosmetic condition, however there is some typical wear and wrinkling from use. There is also some normal fading and wear, which may be difficult to see in the photos.
