Physical Condition:

In good physical condition, has not been hit or bent in any way. All seat adjustments operate smoothly with no malfunctions. Free of any major rips or tears in the leather, however the front pocket is stretched out as shown. Stitching is fully intact with no fraying or tears. Includes everything as shown in the photos. You will need to reuse some of your existing hardware for installation.

Cosmetic Condition:

In typical used cosmetic condition with some marks and scratches in the leather covering as shown. There is also some tightening of the leather covering on the bottom cushion as shown. The lower cushion side bolster has begun to flatten from use, which is a common issue on these as they age. The seat rails have some slight corrosion.
