In good physical condition with no cracks or damage in the lens or housing. All mounting tabs are fully intact. There is some heat warping and a small crack to the internal shroud as shown.

Cosmetic Condition:

In good overall cosmetic condition with no deep scratches or discoloration in the lens plastic. There may be some marks and swirls which may be difficult to see in the photos.
