In mostly good physical condition with no major cracks in the panel or damaged mounting holes, as shown. There are two broken alignment tabs, as highlighted in the photos. You will need to reuse some of your existing hardware for installation.

Cosmetic Condition:

In typical used cosmetic condition with some heavier scratches and marks int he finish, as shown. There is a chip in the paint on the top of the panel, as shown. There may be some light surface scratches and swirls that may be difficult to see in photos.
