Functionality:

This transmission is being sold AS IS, for refurbishing purposes ONLY. During vehicle testing the transmission had an internal shift rod 1 displacement sensor failure (error code - P1731). This is a fairly common failure and requires replacement of the entire shift rod position sensor block inside of the transmission. This sensor pack can typically be sourced using part # 97031708500.

Physical Condition:

In good physical condition with no cracks or damage in the housing. All mounting tabs are intact. Free of any major surface rusting or corrosion. Includes everything as shown in the photos. You will need to reuse some of your existing hardware and components for installation.

Fitment Notes:

Will ONLY fit RWD Carrera 2 models equipped with the PDK automatic transmission. This transmission is not equipped with the optional differential locker.
