Physical Condition:

In good physical condition with no rips or tears in the leather. There is some typical heavier wear in the leather finish from regular use. The tan finish of the plastic trims has some chipping and wear. You will need to reuse some of your existing hardware for installation. The knob has some heavier wear in the leather, as shown.
