In good physical condition, with no cracks or damaged mounting tabs. The alignment pin is broken off, as highlighted in the photos. You will need to reuse some of your existing hardware for installation.

Cosmetic Condition:

In good cosmetic condition, lens if free of any major discoloration or deep scratches. There is some nicks and marks in the plastic lens which may be difficult to see in the photos.
