In good physical condition with no major rips or tears. The seat foam is free of any major warping or sagging. The seat rails have some light corrosion in the edged, as shown.

Cosmetic Condition:

In good used cosmetic condition with some minor fading and discoloration. Free of any major stains or marks in the fabric, however there is some scratches and wear in the leather as shown. The undersides are free of any major surface rusting or corrosion, which is a common issue on these.
