Physical Condition:

In good physical condition with no major rips or tears. The seat foam is free of any major warping or sagging. The side bolsters have some typical marks and scratches from normal use. The seat adjustments all function as they should.

Cosmetic Condition:

In typical used cosmetic condition with some spots of heavier wrinkling / cracking and spots of wear in the color. There is also some minor wear and spots of staining in the lower cushion as shown. The undersides are free of any major surface rusting or corrosion, which is a common issue on these.
