Functionality:

In good running condition, fully tested and ran prior to removal from the vehicle. Engine idles smoothly at 900 rpm with no misfires, smoking, or malfunctions. Compression tested with good results - (225-220 / 230-230). Crank pulley spun smoothly with no wobbles or play. Oil and coolant have been drained with no excessive shavings or abnormalities. Ships drained of all fluids.

Physical Condition:

This engine is being sold AS IS, for refurbishing purposes ONLY due to physical damage to the passenger side cylinder head. The vacuum pump block off plate located on the passenger rear cylinder head was broken off, as shown in the photos. This did crack the passenger Camshaft carrier casting that the block off plate bolts to. The carrier can be sourced from Toyota using part # SU003-04236. Replacement of this carrier plate will require removing the camshafts and timing the cams. The engine block and cylinder head casting had no visible damage during testing. Includes everything as shown in the photos. There will be some components and hardware reused from your existing engine for installation. Includes the engine block, cylinder heads, oil pan, crank pulley, water pump, AC compressor, alternator, oil filter housing, intake manifold, throttle body, and wiring harness as shown.

Fitment Notes:

Removed from a 2019 Toyota 86 equipped with the manual transmission. This is the 205hp version found in the manual transmission models, as noted by the red intake manifold as shown. Will NOT fit automatic transmission equipped models.

This item will ship on a pallet via Fedex Freight to the Continental 48 States, Mexico and Canada. Please add the item to the cart to see the exact shipping costs associated with it. There will be two options for shipping, one without a liftgate equipped truck and one with a liftgate. If you have a business address with a loading dock, forklift or other means of unloading the pallet off of the delivery truck you will not need a liftgate equipped truck for delivery.
